Globally, the agave industry expands by approximately 20% each year. The growing demand is due to tequila, mezcal, agave honey, inulin and livestock fodder. For this reason, we focus on the tequilana species (blue agave) since due to its high sugar content, a higher yield can be obtained.

In addition, this plant is a symbol of resilience since it resists prolonged droughts, extreme temperatures and its growth requires only 1 liter of water per year. On the other hand, there is also great potential in other industries such as bioplastics, cosmetics, foods and medicinal supplements.

Customers will be able to receive 110%* of their investment after the plant’s growth cycle which lasts approximately 6 years. ROI may vary during that period due to market conditions.

You can start investing from $100,000 Mexican pesos. This amount is equivalent to 556 agave plants.

It is calculated based on the growth of the tequilana species (also known as blue agave). It generally matures over a period of 6 years, subject to meticulous care.

From the moment you invest with us, AGANOBLE assumes responsibility for all the care and development of the plants throughout their productive cycle, since we guarantee optimal growing conditions: from selecting the land so that it meets the requirements of optimal development, fertilize it with organic materials, to control possible pests or diseases.

Once ready to harvest, AGANOBLE takes all necessary steps to find the optimal buyer to sell at the highest possible price.

Your purchase is documented in a purchase-sale contract, which establishes all the obligations of each party. For our part, we have agricultural insurance that supports us against accidents and in addition, we have signed agreements with a distillery for the purchase and sale of raw materials in order to guarantee a buyer for your plantation.

For each agave plant, the initial investment is $180 Mexican pesos and this is deposited with AGANOBLE. This amount is used to acquire the plant, sow and maintain the best crop conditions.

We are responsible for the care, development and marketing of the agaves to sell them at the best market price at the time of harvest. This way we achieve that 70% of the total sale belongs to the investor. AGANOBLE receives the remaining 30% for caring for the plant throughout its entire cycle and finding the right buyer.

Our experience in growing agave and our established network of buyers guarantee the highest possible market prices for your agave. In addition, through agricultural insurance, plants are protected from possible damage, pests, diseases, deterioration caused by frost, nutritional deficiencies, damage by wildlife and domestic fauna, even theft and vandalism.

The price of agave is not fixed, since it is subject to both the national and international market. If for any reason the price drops, we ensure a minimum purchase of $8 Mexican pesos per kilogram.
